Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be returned with the original protective packaging
• Include the order number as proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.

Please note that all returned items undergo an inspection process before any refund is issued.

In the case of manufacturing defects, we offer a refund or exchange within one month of delivery following inspection and approval by our team.
